Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented TV Installer and Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering, installing, and troubleshooting a wide range of audiovisual equipment at client locations. Your energetic approach will ensure seamless setup and exceptional customer service, helping clients enjoy their entertainment systems to the fullest. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with customer interaction, all while contributing to the successful execution of live events and AV installations. Responsibilities Safely transport audiovisual equipment, including TVs, sound systems, and control devices, to client sites using company vehicles. Install, configure, and calibrate TV displays, audio systems, video conferencing equipment, and control systems according to technical specifications and blueprints. Read electrical schematics, AV system schematics, and mechanical diagrams to accurately assemble and troubleshoot complex setups. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of AV equipment, including digital signal processing devices, software-based control systems, and hardware components. Implement cabling solutions using hand tools while ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards for low voltage and telecommunication systems. Operate AV control systems during live events or client demonstrations to ensure smooth audiovisual presentations. Provide excellent customer service by explaining system features, answering questions, and resolving technical issues efficiently on-site. Document installation processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference or service records. Experience Proven experience working in the audiovisual (AV) industry with a strong background in AV system installation and troubleshooting. Familiarity with electrical schematic reading, blueprint interpretation, and mechanical knowledge related to AV setups. Hands-on experience with E & I (Electrical & Instrumentation), low voltage wiring, cabling techniques, and telecommunication systems. Knowledge of computer networking principles relevant to AV systems including digital signal processing and software troubleshooting. Experience working on live event AV production projects or in field service roles involving AV equipment deployment. Ability to operate video conferencing systems effectively and troubleshoot related hardware or software issues. Strong understanding of audio systems implementation, control system programming (AV control), and maintenance procedures for audiovisual equipment. Excellent mechanical aptitude with the ability to use various hand tools safely and efficiently during installations or repairs. Join us in delivering top-tier audiovisual experiences!
