Job Description Responsibilities:
Install and support Video applications at the client site; these can be Azure cloud-based, Linux-based, or Windows-based, depending on the customer's requirements. Develops and implements the most efficient and cost-effective solutions Evaluates system specifications for business requirements Works closely with management to prioritize business goals and information needs Install In-Car Police Video and Body Worn Camera hardware Train end users on functionality of end to end usage of the video system
Preferred Qualifications:
Good communication skills verbal and written Must have 3+ years of experience working in a Field Service environment preferred. Must have experience installing and implementing processes Ability troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely matter preferred. Must have a valid driver's license to be considered for this position. The ability to travel up to 75% within the Eastern and Southeastern Regions as needed. This position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's "Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy" and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers.
Target Base Salary Range:
$70,000 - $80,000 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements Required Skills:
High School diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of experience in one of the following: LMR, RF Systems, Radio Communications, Radio Frequency, Motorola equipment, Wireless Communication Systems, IT Systems, Video Systems, Telecommunications, and Public Safety experience required. Must have Comp TIA Certifications for this role. Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers.
