Recording System Technician Duties:

The Recording Systems Technician will be a part of our technical support team, who are responsible for installing telephone and radio recording solutions, preventative maintenance, help desk support, and responding to service calls in accordance with our service agreements and policies. System Technicians perform remote diagnostics and interface directly with customers to resolve a variety of technical problems impacting mission-critical recording systems in 911 centers and other dispatch centers. Will require some travel.

Skills:

We are looking for someone with at least one year (preferably two years) experience installing phone systems with skills including cabling/wiring, networking, and phone system configuration (and/or radio system configuration).
