Job Description

HM Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced Telecom Technicians to join our growing team. If you have experience installing, testing, and maintaining telecommunications systems and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Install, terminate, and test fiber optic and copper cabling. Pull, route, and secure telecommunications cables. Install and troubleshoot network, voice, and data equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project specifications. Perform cable testing, labeling, and documentation. Ensure all work meets customer specifications and industry standards. Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area. Qualifications Previous experience as a Telecom Technician or Structured Cabling Technician preferred. Experience with fiber optics, Cat5e/Cat6, and low-voltage systems. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with cable testing equipment and termination standards. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders, lifts, and in various weather conditions. OSHA 10 certification is required
