A dynamic and diverse team helping each other. Summary Provides foundational support for the unified communications (UC) infrastructure across the enterprise. Job Description Works with the various departments on the daily assignments, training needs, and maintenance requirements associated with the technology platforms. Provide expert Tier 1 support for unified communication technologies. Ability to work directly with Internal customers to gather information and troubleshoot issues. Engage and collaborate enterprise-wide to support and maintain solutions to enable effective communications tools. Interact directly with the business to assist in providing direction on appropriate usage of unified communication technologies. Must be able to drive to locations requesting services and support. Qualifications Associate degree required or two years' experience related to communication technology. Valid Driver's License required. Must maintain a good driving record.
