Overview:
Correct Solutions LLC is seeking a full-time, experienced, customer-oriented and dedicated individual in the Jackson, TN area to install, service and maintain its correctional facility telephone systems, kiosks and video visitation platforms in Tennessee and surrounding areas. Applicant must have basic IT, networking, cable management and fault troubleshooting skills; with the ability to learn and navigate basic software applications. A company vehicle and tools, along with travel expenses, are provided. A successful candidate must pass a criminal background check and drug screening. A valid driver's license is required. Must be 21 + years to be covered by company vehicle insurance. Salary is based on current skill level and experience.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Installation of communication equipment such as data and telephone communication lines, wiring, switching equipment, wiring frames, computer systems, and networks. Provide training to customers and explain how systems are used and respond to any inquiries or complaints. Test circuits and components of telecommunications equipment to isolate sources of malfunctions, using test equipment and other hand tools alongside basic troubleshooting skills. Test equipment to ensure that it functions properly and conforms to specifications, using test equipment and observation.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in high-paced and, at times, stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Repairing equipment or systems using provided tools. Troubleshooting- identifying and correcting system issues. Critical Thinking
