CNC is seeking an OEM-certified Telecommunications Maintenance Technician to support the Base Telecommunications System (BTS) Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract at Goodfellow Air Force Base (AFB), Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and modernization of the base's Giant Voice public address/emergency notification system (ATI Brand) and the Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Backbone enterprise radio equipment (Motorola Solutions). Key Responsibilities Giant Voice System (ATI Brand)

Duties:

Perform comprehensive monthly Preventive Maintenance Inspections (PMIs) on ATI control stations, power supplies (including AC power and batteries), solar kits, antennas, speakers, stacks, and system status. Conduct routine sound coverage testing to ensure full operational readiness. Replace minor consumables, including batteries and solar components, as part of routine sustainment. Provide troubleshooting, repair, and replacement services for all field components. Execute modernization services, including new installations and hardware/software upgrades to address emerging mission requirements. Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Backbone (Motorola Solutions)

Duties:

Perform routine maintenance and sustainment on Motorola enterprise radio system equipment and backhaul infrastructure. Provide advanced troubleshooting, repair, and replacement services for LMR backbone components. Implement modernization efforts, including new hardware and software installations to expand radio network capabilities.

General Operational Duties:

Assist in executing task-order-based Special Projects scoped over and above routine O&M requirements. Support the compilation and maintenance of a comprehensive annual inventory of all hardware, software, and components serviced. Candidates must be OEM-certified to manage the government's specific brand name systems, which include ATI and Motorola equipment.

DoD Compliance:

Staff must meet DoW Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) certification standards.

Clearance & Access:

All personnel must successfully pass background checks to qualify for Common Access Cards (CAC) prior to gaining base access.
