Duties, Responsibilities & Other Our SUE Practice is seeking a field technician to support our local utility contracts in Houston. On the job training will be provided for all necessary skills needed to be successful in this position. The ideal candidate will have the following skills: 0-2 years of experience in field work involving utility systems. The willingness and ability to learn how to operate vacuum excavation equipment and record field gathered data. The aptitude to learn various hand-held technology for the interpretation of utility locations. Basic computer skills a plus (Excel, WORD etc.). Ability and willingness to obtain a CDL License through formal paid training for certification to operate safely and efficiently the large industrial vehicles up to 26,000lbs GVW. Ability to obtain a Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical card for Commercial Motor Vehicle operation is required. Qualifications Education and/orSkills Required:
• This is an entry-level position• Highschool Diploma/GED Certificates, licenses, and/orRegistrations Required:
