Internet Technician Kyle, TX 78640 Full-time Full-time Internet Technician Spry Air Fiber Internet - Buda, TX Spry Air Fiber Internet is seeking a reliable Internet Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain wireless internet equipment for residential and business customers in the Central Texas area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving technical problems, and helping customers. Experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Install wireless internet equipment at customer locations Troubleshoot internet connectivity and network issues Perform service calls and equipment upgrades Configure routers and customer networking equipment Climb ladders and work safely at heights when necessary Communicate professionally with customers Maintain company tools and equipment Document completed work and service notes Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds Comfortable using basic hand tools and ladders Basic computer and networking knowledge preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Preferred Qualifications Experience with wireless internet, networking, cable, telecom, or low-voltage installations Familiarity with routers, Wi-Fi systems, and IP networking Tower climbing experience is a plus but not required Ability to speak English and Spanish. Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Training provided
