Job Summary We are seeking motivated Aerial Telecommunications Linemen and Entry-Level Ground Hands to join our team. This paid position involves working outdoors on telecommunications infrastructure, including installing and maintaining network cables and equipment. Candidates should be comfortable working at heights, using bucket trucks, and handling various hand and power tools. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in telecommunications outside plant operations while contributing to the reliable delivery of communication services. Pre-emplyment drug test is required. Duties Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications network cables and equipment in outdoor environments. Work at heights using bucket trucks and other elevated work platforms safely and efficiently. Use hand tools such as drills, saws, cable lashing tools, and power tools to complete installation tasks. Assist with telecommunications outside plant operations, including cable lashing, splicing, and routing. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members. Support senior team members with various tasks related to aerial line work and ground hand responsibilities. Conduct inspections of installed infrastructure to ensure quality standards are met. Skills Outdoor work experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on safety and environmental awareness. Experience with telecommunications network cable installation is highly desirable. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools such as drills, saws, and cable lashing equipment. Comfortable working at heights and using bucket trucks or similar elevated work platforms. Knowledge of telecommunications outside plant operations is a plus. Technical proficiency related to telecommunications infrastructure is beneficial. Ability to work effectively in a team environment with good communication skills. Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety compliance.
