Immediately Position Overview:
As a Field Service Technician, you will install, maintain, and troubleshoot GEO PSI downhole pressure and temperature monitoring equipment, ensuring efficient operation. You will also maintain tools and vehicles, work independently while following all safety regulations, and support customers and team members by keeping accurate records and detailed reports. This position is based in Midland/Odessa, TX but requires frequent travel to client sites, at times internationally.Key Responsibilities:
You are expected to adhere to GEO PSI's core values at all times. Install and maintain GEO PSI Corp equipment according to procedures. Troubleshoot and solve equipment issues in dynamic environments, whether in the shop, office, or field. Deliver products to customers and handle inventory control for service equipment, when needed. Ensure a professional and positive attitude in interactions with both internal and external stakeholders. Maintain safety protocols and housekeeping to maximize efficiency and safety. Show up on time and ensure fitness for duty at any time of day as required. Maintain logbooks, perform vehicle inspections, and manage journeys safely. Communicate field equipment issues to the QHSE and Operations Manager. Complete paperwork, field tickets, and reports accurately and promptly. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.Your Qualities:

Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience with downhole gauges/tools is advantageous but not required; training will be provided. Fiber optic experience considered an asset. Technical certification or vocational training in a related field considered an asset. Post‑secondary education in Electrical, Mechanical, or Engineering Technology considered an asset. Valid passport and driver's license. Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for extended periods. Able to pass a background check and drug/alcohol testing. Proficiency in computer skills, including intermediate Excel and MS Office suite. Capable of lifting up to 50lbs and standing for extended periods. Comfortable working outdoors in various environmental conditions. Electrical aptitude preferred, including the use of multimeters and basic electrical knowledge.What We Offer:
