A Telecommunications Field Technician telecommunications Field Service Technician installs, repairs and maintains voice, data and video systems for a company's customers at the customer site. Prepares and documents a customer's network prior to implementing telecommunication system. Installs IP, network equipment and facilities. Acts as the first point of issue resolution, responds to field engineering issues and troubleshooting telecommunication problems. May train less experienced field technicians.

Properly install pipe in the field while maintaining strong customer relationships and demonstrating professionalism, respect, and safety when working at customer locations. Good driving record Ability to accurately complete field tickets Good verbal and written communication skills Inspect pipes and identify any issues or needed repairs. Properly repair and install pipes at customer locations. Follow safety and quality standards while completing all work. Communicate politely and professionally with customers and crews working on-site. Maintain a clean, professional, and respectful work environment.
