Full-Time Job Summary AVS Industries LLC / Angelo Solutions is seeking a motivated and dependable Field Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio, video, and security systems for residential and commercial customers. This position offers opportunities for growth and advancement into leadership roles for individuals who demonstrate strong work ethic and technical aptitude. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Install and service audio, video, and security equipment.

Mount cameras, speakers, displays, and related hardware.

Pull, route, and terminate low-voltage cabling.

Troubleshoot system performance issues and perform repairs as needed.

Ensure installations meet company quality and safety standards.

Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.

Communicate professionally with customers regarding project progress and system operation.

Work collaboratively with technicians and project leads to complete installations on schedule.

Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

Comfortable climbing ladders, accessing rooftops, and working at elevated heights.

Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Ability to learn new technologies and installation techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Valid driver's license preferred.

Prior experience in low-voltage systems, security systems, audio/video installation, construction, or related fields is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Frequent standing, bending, climbing, and kneeling.

Ability to work on ladders and in confined spaces when necessary.
