Starting at $25.00/hr — Rockstars can quickly earn more Chesapeake, VA We're Hiring Rockstars! We are looking for rockstars who want to make good money! Coastal Virginia Christmas Decor Is over-hiring with the intent of only keeping the best of the best. The rockstars who prove themselves will be rewarded with a fun environment, year-round opportunities and great pay! Starting pay is $25/hour. Rockstars who deliver can quickly earn more As a Christmas Light Installer, you'll be responsible for bringing holiday displays to life at bothresidential and commercial properties.

This includes:

Safely installing and removing lights/decorations on buildings, trees, and structures Using ladders, lifts, and equipment to access elevated areas Ensuring installations are neat, secure, and safe Handling electrical components with care and safety Delivering excellent service and communication to clients What We Offer Rockstars A fun, rewarding work environment Pay structure that rewards hard work and dedication Opportunities for overtime when projects require it Benefits package (life insurance, short-term disability, dental, vision) after 90 days Work hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (with evenings/weekends as needed) What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in decorating/installation a plus Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all conditions Physically fit and able to lift/carry heavy objects Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service If you've got the energy, drive, and "rockstar" work ethic, we want you on our team.
