What We Offer $20 per hour during a fully paid four-week training program , with no previous industry experience required. All necessary tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment provided by the company. A company vehicle and fuel card for authorized business travel. Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should: Be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work safely on ladders and at elevated heights. Be comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions. Hold a valid U.S. driver's license. Pass a background check and drug screening. Be available to work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and additional hours as business needs require. Be able to attend the company-sponsored training program beginning September 8, 2026, in
