This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and excels at building strong relationships with clients, retailers, and internal teams. As a Field Technician, you will complete field work through hands-on guidance, technical expertise, and real-time problem solving. What You'll Do Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by field teams and retail partners Execute and coordinate installation and repair activities in retail stores Complete Break/Fix reports, escalation documentation, and operational reports Install, maintain and work scheduled national events Maintain accountability for performance within your assigned region Accurately track, document, and complete all assigned work Perform overnight and early-morning onsite installations when required Support online coworkers as needed Occasionally work with multi-person installation teams Build and maintain strong retail store relationships Travel throughout the market and region to support multiple programs and projects Attend in-person or remote field team training sessions Perform additional duties as assigned How Your Success Will Be Measured Achievement of assigned goals and objectives Customer and client satisfaction based on execution quality Timely and successful completion of events and project deliverables What You Bring Smartphone with a working rear-facing camera for reporting and validation Ability and willingness to travel, including overnight and air travel Flexible availability, including short-notice travel Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license in good standing Ability to pass background and drug screening Technology display installation and training experience (or equivalent) Interactive display installation and maintenance experience Experience with retail display installation and troubleshooting Strong English verbal and written communication skills Basic math and measurement proficiency Basic PC and Windows experience Basic tools.
Primary tool:
Screwdrivers Ability to safely use common hand and power tools Ownership or access to tools required for interactive display work Ability to read and follow planograms (POGs), assembly instructions, and project maps Ability to work onsite in retail stores and events Valid passport or ability to obtain one Bilingual skills are a plus Physical Requirements Ability to climb ladders, use tools, and lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted Ability to work in tight or confined spaces and perform tasks from floor to ceiling Ability to remain on your feet and physically active for up to six continuous hours Ability to safely push or pull pallets and fixture boxes up to 500 lbs. over distances up to 100 yards, including uneven surfaces
