•2:00 AM, Monday-Friday About the Role We are seeking Satellite Assembly Technicians to support the assembly and testing of advanced satellite systems. In this role, you will build mechanical subassemblies and final assemblies, perform product testing, and work from detailed work instructions to ensure quality and reliability. This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals looking to grow their careers in aerospace manufacturing. Responsibilities Assemble satellite subassemblies and final products according to engineering specifications and work instructions Perform testing and inspections on completed assemblies Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and torque wrenches to complete assembly tasks Follow written procedures, blueprints, specifications, and test instructions Troubleshoot basic assembly issues and identify installation errors Maintain quality standards in a fast-paced production environment Support general manufacturing activities including assembly, machine operation, and material handling Ensure all work is completed safely and meets company quality requirements Work overtime as needed to support production schedules Qualifications Minimum 1 year of mechanical, assembly, manufacturing, or production experience Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools Comfortable working with torque wrenches and precision tools Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical documentation High school diploma or GED Proven work history demonstrating reliability and dependability Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed Willingness to work overtime, including 10-30 additional hours per week when required Preferred Experience Candidates with any of the following backgrounds are encouraged to apply: Mechanical assembly or manufacturing Aerospace or aviation manufacturing Automotive repair, maintenance, or oil change experience Machine operation Soldering or electronics assembly Blueprint reading Structural assembly or fabrication Production line manufacturing Avionics or propulsion systems experience Why Join Us?
