Job Description

Job Overview At Pinnacle Motorsports we believe in providing our customer with an Exceptional Customer Experience, this means having quality Technicians on staff is paramount! This opening is for an experienced Technician with at least 2 years experience as a repair tech of Motorcycles/ATV/ PWC or Automotive repair tech. This position offers a relocation assistance based on experience and OEM Certifications. Pay is a Flat Rate pay plan starting at $25/hr. up to $40/hr. based on OEM Certifications $ Experience. We have a full work load all year long, there is no seasonality; and we believe in continual OEM Training paid by Pinnacle Motorsports! You need a basic understanding of computers is needed as this is used regularly. This position is physically demanding and requires the ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and move at a fast pace. Moving vehicles by hand is also required. In addition to being physically demanding this position is mentally demanding and often exhilarating. Those with confidence and a positive attitude in addition to a keen attention to detail are most successful at Pinnacle Motorsports.
Basic Requirements:
  • 2 year of Motorcycle/Powersports, Automotive Dealership experience or MMI (or similar) Education.
  • OEM certifications preferred as the pay plan is based on certifications
  • Provide your own tools.
  • Maintain organized, clean, and safe work area.
  • Remove and replace engine components as necessary on motorsports and pwc vehicles
  • Ability to diagnose and repair electrical issues
  • Perform preventative and regular maintenance, according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Compose repair estimates for internal and external customers.
  • Inspect vehicles and identify additional recommended services.
  • Prepare list of required parts and labor times for each job.
  • Explain diagnostic test results to Service Manager, and Service Advisors.
  • Perform test rides and other tests.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Language Skills include the ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents. Reasoning Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Written Communication to include basic computer knowledge i.e., typing and the use of OEM Cases.
