GOLF CART MECHANIC
The Battery Guy Tucson is looking for a reliable mechanic must be qualified and experienced in small engine repairs, have electrical knowledge (read schematics), and have diagnostics and troubleshooting capabilities. Candidate must be physically able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 100 lbs. Fulltime employment with fulltime pay. Start Immediately Tucson, AZ

Duties and Responsibilities:
Please do not respond to this job posting unless you have at least 2 years experience in golf cart repair. Performs preventative and corrective maintenance on golf carts and industrial vehicles. Diagnose component and system failures in mechanical and electrical systems; identify required parts and submit parts requests as appropriate. Manages time effectively Sets an example by providing outstanding customer service, practices good inventory control and representing the company well. Ability to read and comprehend manufacturer's technical publications, schematics and parts manuals. Ability to drive service truck. (Can not have any DUI's) Ability to understand assignments given, plan appropriate action(s) to complete and execute plan Ability to work in all kinds of weather, including heat and cold.
Time Management:
Manage time to complete all work assigned within time allocated.
Communication:
Effectively send and receive information both verbally and in writing
Reliability:
Must report to work daily and on-time. Must complete all assignments
Teamwork:
Know when to partner with team members to achieve task/goals
Education and Experience:
Minimum Requirement:
High School Diploma (or Equivalency Certificate) and 2 - 3 years experience in golf car service; industrial equipment service; and/or small engine mechanical service/maintenance.
