Full time or part time position available, hourly rate based on experience.

Requirements:

• Self motivated and detail oriented
• Outstanding customer service
• Motorcycle industry knowledge
• Proficient with micro-fiche and after market parts catalogs
• Ability to multi-task and work well with team members
• Computer skills, legible penmanship, good spelling and grammar
• M1 Drivers license preferred

Responsibilities:

• Complete metric service and repairs efficiently and in a timely manner
• Metric motorcycle diagnostics
• Operate multi-line phone system
• answer all calls in a prompt, polite, and professional manner
• Assist customers with finding specific O.E.M. and after market parts and accessories / encourage products recommended by SC Motorcycle Co
• Follow up with customers regarding sales and service requests
• Promptly complete day-to-day duties keeping work areas clean.
