Provide prompt, dependable, high quality vehicle service to all customers Complete repair work within the scheduled or allotted time period whenever possible Maintain productivity (time spent working) as close to 100% as possible Accept work assignments from Service Advisor/Manager Perform service, repair and customization work in accordance to factory specifications Keep work areas clean and assist others with maintaining shop cleanliness What Are the Requirements? Ability to show up on time and work posted schedule Completion of a factory authorized training program such as MMI Service School or equivalent work experience (preferred) Current motorcycle license Entry-level technicians will be provided the necessary tools Experienced technicians need to provide both basic and specialized tools Why Work for Oakland Harley-Davidson?
