Job Description

Motorcycle, UTV, ATV Technician Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Motorcycle Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of motorcycles and powersports vehicles. This role requires hands-on experience with motorcycle repair, operation, and engine servicing, including all-terrain vehicles (ATVs). The Motorcycle Technician will ensure that all vehicles are maintained to the highest safety and performance standards, providing exceptional service to our customers. Duties Perform comprehensive motorcycle repairs, including engine diagnostics, tune-ups, and part replacements. Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and safety checks. Repair and service powersports engines, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately using diagnostic tools and equipment. Assist with the operation of motorcycles and ATVs during testing phases to verify repairs. Maintain detailed records of all repairs and services performed. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to ensure safety for all team members. Stay updated on the latest motorcycle technology and repair techniques through ongoing training. Qualifications Proven experience in motorcycle repair and maintenance. Hands-on experience with powersports engine repair and all-terrain vehicle (ATV) repairs. Ability to operate motorcycles and ATVs confidently during diagnostics or testing procedures. Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills. Knowledge of electrical systems, fuel systems, and engine components specific to motorcycles and powersports vehicles. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Relevant certifications or technical training in motorcycle or powersports vehicle repair is preferred but not required.
