We are professional, agile, professional Our work environment includes: Modern service area setting Growth opportunities About the Job We are currently seeking a skilled Motorcycle Mechanic (A, B, and C levels) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in motorcycle repair, diagnostics, and customer service. We work on Harley Davidson's. Responsibilities The Service department is responsible for routine maintenance, warranty repair, collision repair and accessory installation. You would be expected to do the following:
  • Perform technical service, maintenance and repair of American V-Twin, and European motorcycles
  • Get and maintain OEM Training Certification (Provided by Manufacturer)
  • Work with the Service Writer to identify and order parts as needed.
  • Maintain and deliver quality work product within the Service Department
  • Improve service area efficiency and billable hours.
  • Develop and perform basic service processes, assisting other technician when needed.
  • Maintain the positive environment, which lends itself to a training friendly setting, and a satisfying place to have a career.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance to customers
Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Mechanic in an motorcycle setting
  • Strong knowledge of motorcycle diagnostics and repair techniques
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with the role

We are currently seeking two full-time Sr Technician (Level A) who posses a good mechanical aptitude and is keen to learn and work to maintain our level of excellence.
