- Perform technical service, maintenance and repair of American V-Twin, and European motorcycles
- Get and maintain OEM Training Certification (Provided by Manufacturer)
- Work with the Service Writer to identify and order parts as needed.
- Maintain and deliver quality work product within the Service Department
- Improve service area efficiency and billable hours.
- Develop and perform basic service processes, assisting other technician when needed.
- Maintain the positive environment, which lends itself to a training friendly setting, and a satisfying place to have a career.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance to customers
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Mechanic in an motorcycle setting
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle diagnostics and repair techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with the role
