Overview We are a family owned and operated business. We are riders and enthusiasts of all things two wheels. Working here at San Jose BMW is a unique opportunity to be a part of a team where the work you do makes a difference. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in motorcycle maintenance and repair, with the ability to diagnose issues effectively and provide high-quality service. Responsibilities Perform routine motorcycle maintenance, including oil changes, brake repairs and tire replacement. Utilize automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Conduct thorough inspections of motorcycles to ensure safety and performance standards are met. Repair or replace faulty components using hand tools and specialized equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Preferred Requirements Experience in motorcycle or vehicle maintenance, preferably within a dealership setting. Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and learn new systems. Proficiency in using hand tools. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A valid motorcycle license is required; additional certifications related to motorcycle repair are a plus.

$28.00 - $65.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
