Iron Horse Equipment is looking for an entry-level small engine mechanic to join our growing service department. Previous professional experience is not required. We're willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, enjoys working with their hands, and wants to learn the outdoor power equipment industry. What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance on lawn mowers and outdoor power equipment Assist with diagnosing and repairing small engines Replace belts, blades, tires, filters, batteries, and other components Assemble and prepare new equipment for customers Complete equipment inspections and safety checks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Learn to service equipment from leading brands such as Scag, Stihl, Toro, Gravely, Ariens, Husqvarna, Wright, and Kioti What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn Dependable attendance and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic familiarity with hand and power tools Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet Valid driver's license Automotive, powersports, landscaping, farm, or equipment experience is helpful—but not required Why Join Iron Horse Equipment?
