EXPERIENCED MOTORCYCLE / SCOOTER TECHNICIAN.

Individual must have at least 2 years experience working in a motorcycle or scooter dealership.

Mission:

To deliver the highest level of repair work on scooters for customers as quickly, efficiently, and as safely as possible upon the UCE (Ultimate Customer Experience) foundation. We ensure the safety of others. Primary Responsibilities Working toward the vision of the company and doing so by living up to the core values. Repairs All major service work, consisting of, but not limited to: Basic services: oil changes, gear oil flushes, tune-ups, and more.

Transmission services:

variator, clutch, and belt replacements. Tire replacement.

Brake work:

pads, rotors, cables, and hydraulic systems.

Cables:

brake cables, throttle cables, and others.

Fuel system repairs:

fuel tanks, fuel lines, filters, and carburetors. Exhaust systems and upgrades. Complete engine rebuilds, replacements, and performance upgrades. Electrical systems. Test drive scooters. Maintain shop cleanliness and safety. Key Performance Indicators Personal performance - how much work are you billing out in comparison to the number of hours you work? Constant cleanliness of your workspace. Overall service team performance. Is the Service Team achieving its goals together? Service Department Audits and Toolbox audit? (Are you maintaining a safe, organized, and clean environment?) Customer Survey feedback. Compensation Technicians will be paid a flat-rate pay based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the technician, typically between $18 and $24 per billable hour.

Example:

1 hour billed to a customer = 1 hour paid to a technician Time per job will be billed by book times created by the scooter distributors. Benefits Weekends and holidays off.
