War Horse Harley-Davidson is looking for driven, and detail-oriented Service Technicians at all experience levels to join our growing team. Why Join Us?
Flexible pay structure:

Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles (Harley-Davidson) depending on skill level Work with our experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe Follow all OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources (provided by the facility) Keep customers riding safely and confidently by delivering quality work Stay current with training and certifications (paid for by us)Who We're Looking For:
We're hiring A, B, and entry-level C Techs—if you meet one or more of the criteria below, you could be a great fit: Graduated from MMI or similar program, or have real-world mechanical experience 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn OEM certifications and master tech experience (preferred but not required) Must own a basic set of mechanics tools (comprehensive set of tools preferred) Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record (required for test rides) Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays. Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties. Why Join RideNow?
