Job Overview Looking for a shop that actually invests in you? Join a team that values technicians, provides industry-leading tools, and offers a steady flow of work in a professional environment. As a mechanic you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of mechanical issues on residential and commercial mowers. This is a developmental role with performance-based incentives as you advance.

Quick Details Pay:

$18.00/hour (Direct Hire).

Schedule:

Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm | Rotating Saturdays, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.

Overtime:

Mandatory during peak seasons.

Benefits:

Health insurance and 401k Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair gasoline engines and mechanical issues on commercial and residential mowers. Work independently and efficiently with light supervision. Attend mandatory training classes (online and in-person).

Requirements Experience:

2+ years of gasoline engine repair with advanced diagnostics.

Tools:

Must provide your own basic tools (

•_ wrench set, screw drivers, and socket set (standard and metric).

Physical:

Ability to stand all day, lift 50-70 lbs, and bend/kneel for low-clearance repairs.

Reliability:

Excellent attendance is a must; arriving early is considered "on time".

Travel:

Reliable transportation for training classes (up to 1 hour from Ocala).

Pay:

$18.00 per hour
