Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to assembly, maintenance, and repair. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive diagnostics, possess strong mechanical knowledge, and have excellent customer service skills.Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair tasks according to established guidelines
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with vehicles and equipment
- Conduct automotive diagnostics using specialized tools and equipment
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed
- Solder electrical connections and perform basic electrical repairs
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficient in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques
- Ability to assemble and disassemble vehicle components accurately
- Familiarity with soldering techniques for electrical repairs
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, tire rotations, etc.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
