Minimum 3-5 years experience as a marine technician Strong understanding of marine electrical, mechanical, and propulsion systems ABYC, Mercury, Yamaha, or other OEM certifications are a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have your own tools Valid driver's license and clean record
