We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Experienced Marine Mechanic to join our award-winning team and contribute to our continued success. Must be Yamaha and/or Mercury certified. Work Schedule Tuesday - Saturday. Paid hourly plus monthy commission on billable hours.
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance, repair, and installation of marine engines and equipment on and/or off-site.Responsibilities:
Assist in the maintenance and repair of marine engines and systems. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on marine vessels. Install and test new marine equipment, systems and electronics.. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with outboard engines and systems. Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work. Assist with complex repairs and installations. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Keep the work area clean and organized.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Yamaha and Mercury certified. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of CDK Lightspeed Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods. Forklift certified Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks. Valid driver's license.Job Type:
