• West Palm Beach, FL Exclusive Cycles of West Palm, authorized dealership representing Aprilia, Vespa, and Moto Guzzi, is seeking an Motorcycle Technician to join our service department.

This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in quality work, has strong diagnostic skills, and values a clean, organized, and professional shop environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled maintenance, tire changes, accessory installs, and mechanical repair work. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and management when needed. Accurately document work performed in the DMS. Follow manufacturer and dealership procedures and standards

Requirements:

Own professional tools (specialty tools provided). Strong diagnostic capability and attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Valid motorcycle endorsement (or ability to obtain). able to work up to 40 hours per week. From Tuesday to

Saturday Preferred:

Dealership or European motorcycle experience (Aprilia, Vespa, Moto Guzzi a plus) Professional motorcycle technician experience Electrical and ECU diagnostic experience
