Harris Ace Hardware in Brunswick is looking for a full-time, small engine repair technician to work on STIHL products and other small engines. Already STIHL certified

Hours:

Monday

• Friday
• 8-hour shift somewhere between 7 am
• 6 pm

• increase in pay after completion of each level Order and stock product and parts for STIHL display and for repairs Professionally engage with customers to assist with educating them on STIHL products to help them make an informed decision Warranty center for STIHL products
• File warranty claims Accurately diagnose the problem with equipment and sufficiently explain to it to the customer Log all incoming repairs and successfully keep track of parts ordered and progress of completion of repair Provide realistic estimated time for repair Must possess since of urgency to complete and meet all deadlines, as if it were your own Physical Demands Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time Very detail oriented with paperwork.

Job requires stooping, bending, kneeling, lifting, carrying Able to tolerate engine fumes and dusty conditions Exposure to extreme heat or extreme cold Must be dependable and available to work 40 hours a week, with occasional overtime
