Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented person with a technical skills to conduct the daily necessities of our dealership. In this role, you will be responsible for new and used boat maintenance and get ready for the most enjoyment of our customers. Responsibilities Organizing the boat lot to ensure a professional appearance and safe environment Unload Boat shipments onto boat trailers Coordinate with sales staff to prepare boats for customer viewings and test drives Conduct regular inspections of boats and lot facilities to identify maintenance, security, or safety issues Help keep inventory in top condition for sale Assist prep of new and Used boat listings for sale Deliver boats from one department to another Move in, set up and move out of boat shows Move boats and rearrange outside displays and showroom Enforce safety protocols and security measures to protect inventory and staff Quualifications Valid drivers license with a good driving record Previous experience in dealership or retail management preferred, especially within the marine or recreational vehicle industry Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to operate basic equipment such as forklifts or similar machinery (certification preferred) Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods during busy days Knowledge of boating products or related industry experience is a plusJoin our team and help us create memorable experiences for our customers while enjoying a supportive work environment focused on growth and teamwork!
