Position Overview We are looking for a skilled and motivated Small Engine Technician to join our team. This role is focused on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining outdoor power equipment efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair small engine equipment (mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, snowblowers, generators, etc.) Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, filters, spark plugs, fuel system cleaning) Accurately document work performed, parts used, and labor time Work through assigned jobs in an organized, efficient manner Maintain a clean and safe work area Assist with identifying additional issues or preventative maintenance needs Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards before completion What We're Looking For Experience working on small engines (required) Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day Attention to detail and pride in quality work Organized and able to follow workflow systems Reliable and shows up ready to work Bonus (Not Required) Experience with commercial equipment brands (Scag, Toro, etc.) Electrical troubleshooting experience Technical school certification Why Work With Us Steady workflow, especially during peak seasons Growing company with opportunity to advance Organized shop and structured workflow Team environment with support when needed How to Apply Reply to this listing or contact us directly to apply.
