We are looking for a hands-on technician with strong experience servicing, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Mercury outboard engines and related marine systems. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career with a respected marine organization on Cape Cod.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, service, maintain, and repair Mercury outboard engines Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs Diagnose electrical, fuel, steering, and other related marine systems Complete engine rigging, installations, and repowers when needed Perform sea trials and verify repairs are completed correctly Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair findings Work closely with the service team to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Qualifications:

3+ years of marine technician or outboard service experience preferred Strong Mercury outboard experience highly preferred Experience troubleshooting marine mechanical and electrical systems Mercury certifications are a plus ABYC certifications are a plus Experience with Yamaha or Suzuki outboards is also valuable Ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs Valid driver's license Dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced marine service environment
