Job Description

We're seeking a motivated Marine Canvas Field Technician to join our team full-time in Annapolis, MD. This hands-on position plays a key role in the creation and installation of custom marine canvas products. You'll work directly with customers, assist in the templating and fitting process, and ensure every installation meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
Assist in templating, fitting, and installing marine canvas products, including enclosures, biminis, dodgers, covers, and upholstery. Collaborate with team members and customers to ensure proper fit, design intent, and satisfaction. Support the development of new product designs and assist in refining installation processes. Maintain tools, vehicles, and materials in good working condition. Work outdoors and onboard vessels in all types of weather conditions. Represent the company with professionalism and strong customer service.
Qualifications:
Responsible, dependable, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working on and around boats in a marine environment. Able to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance. Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in all weather conditions. Experience using power tools is a plus. Prior experience in boating or marine trades is preferred but not required — training is provided. Full-time availability preferred..
Compensation:
