In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of powersports vehicles, including all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), motorcycles, and other off-road equipment. Your expertise will ensure that each vehicle operates at peak performance, providing our customers with reliable, safe, and exciting riding experiences. Responsibilities Perform detailed diagnostics using advanced tools to identify mechanical, electrical, and engine system issues on powersports vehicles. Conduct repairs and maintenance on engines, suspension systems, brakes, electrical components, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Utilize hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and automotive diagnostic software to complete repairs efficiently and accurately. Assemble new vehicles and perform routine inspections to verify proper operation before delivery or customer pickup. Troubleshoot basic vehicle problems such as engine misfires, electrical faults, or suspension issues with precision. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety standards during all repair activities. Experience Previous dealership experience or service technician background in powersports, automotive, or motorcycle repair is highly preferred. Proven experience with automotive engine system repair, diagnostics using specialized tools, electrical diagnostics, and mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems. Hands-on experience with all-terrain vehicle (ATV) repair and motorcycle maintenance is essential. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics software and heavy lifting techniques is advantageous. Strong mechanical aptitude combined with excellent problem-solving skills in troubleshooting vehicle issues. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
