Marine Service Technician :

Primary duties include:

Must have a minimum of (2) years of experience as a Marine Service Technician Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on various types of boats. Maintenance and service on Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki outboard motors. Rig and install boat accessories, including electronics, trolling motors, Power Poles and custom features on new and customer boats. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure vessel safety and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently. Maintain detailed records of all work performed, including parts used and labor time. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in marine service.

Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of (2) years of experience as a Marine Service Technician Ability to work some weekends and holidays during boating season. Proficient with Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki outboard motors and certification/s preferred. Proficiency in rigging and installing boat accessories. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
