Job Description
Overview Tides End Marina is looking for a Master tech to join our team. Someone with vast capabilities to work independently that comes with a wide berth of knowledge of inboards and outboard all brands. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive maintenance, repair, and diagnostics on marine engines, propulsion systems, electrical systems, and mechanical components. Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues Execute rigging tasks Diagnostic knowledge and repair, knowledge of parts and strong tech note retention Ability to perform road jobs independently Experience Proven service technician experience in marine industry, multiple years required. Hands-on experience with electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting marine systems, and interpreting schematics is essential. Mechanical knowledge of mechanical systems repair, water transportation equipment maintenance, diesel mechanics, and ship electrical systems is highly desirable.
- Certifications a plus, Mercury, Volvo, Mercruiser, Yamaha, etc.
