Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify mechanical, electrical, and engine issues on Harley Davidson motorcycles. Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire replacements, brake repairs, suspension adjustments, and vehicle inspections to ensure optimal performance. Repair and replace mechanical components including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, and electrical systems with precision and care. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and assembly techniques to complete repairs efficiently and accurately. Assist customers by explaining repair procedures, providing maintenance recommendations, and ensuring a positive service experience. Follow safety protocols during heavy lifting, mechanical work, welding tasks, and when handling hazardous materials or components. Maintain detailed service records for each motorcycle serviced to ensure transparency and quality control. Qualifications Proven dealership experience or service technician background working with motorcycles or automotive vehicles. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and repair processes. Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures including brake repair, suspension work, welding, soldering, and assembly. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive diagnostic software. Previous mechanic experience in a dealership or repair shop setting is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments.
