We are currently seeking a skilled Golf Car Mechanic/Small Engine Mechanic to join our Springfield location. What You'll Do Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on golf carts and utility vehicles. Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues. Test-drive vehicles and evaluate systems using diagnostic tools and service equipment. Review and interpret work orders, technical manuals, and manufacturer guidelines. Coordinate with the Parts Department to obtain necessary components. Complete repair tasks efficiently, accurately, and to company standards. Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems. Communicate clearly with the Service Manager regarding additional repair needs and estimated timelines. Complete warranty repair work according to manufacturer specifications. Test repaired equipment to verify proper performance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. What We're Looking For Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, including understanding of electrical/electronic systems. Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
