Marine Service Technician

Job Description

Nine Marina is looking for entry level and experienced technicians to join our amazing team. We provide competitive pay, air conditioned and heated shop, manufacturer training, vacation and PTO, health benefits, 401k. If you are looking for a high paced fun environment, come join us.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues on boats and marine engines. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform repairs on perspective boats, motors, and trailers.
Perform routine maintenance:
oil changes, winterization, de-winterization, tune-ups, water pump impellers, and general manufacturer specified maintenance. Install accessories Water test to verify repair is complete Accurately and efficiently document work performed Work well within a team
Requirements:
Provide your own personal tools. Factory special tools are provided for specific repairs. Have reliable transportation Ability to work a Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM schedule, with occasional weekend as needed. Ability to drive a boat and personal watercraft safely Have at least 1 year of experience as an automotive, marine, equipment, powersports, or recreational vehicle technician. Driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier. Yamaha Outboard, Mercury/ MerCruiser, and Suzuki Outboard Certification a plus

$20.00 - $33.00 per hour
