Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Motorcycle Mechanic and unleash your passion for powersports! In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles, ensuring peak performance and safety for our customers. Your expertise will drive customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and expert mechanical solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge diagnostic tools, advanced mechanical systems, and a variety of powersports engines, all while contributing to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using specialized tools to identify mechanical, electrical, and engine system issues on motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles. Conduct repairs including engine overhauls, brake replacements, suspension adjustments, electrical diagnostics, welding, soldering, and assembly of parts. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic software to execute repairs efficiently and accurately. Maintain detailed service records, document repair procedures, and communicate findings clearly to customers. Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire replacements, brake servicing, and suspension tuning. Support sales efforts by advising customers on maintenance needs and product features to enhance their riding experience. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications for quality assurance. Experience Proven dealership experience or service technician background in powersports or automotive repair environments. Demonstrated expertise in motorcycle operation and motorcycle repair techniques. Hands-on experience with automotive engine system repair and diagnostics using advanced diagnostic tools. Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, electrical wiring, and engines. Familiarity with all-terrain vehicle (ATV) repair is highly desirable. Proficiency in basic vehicle troubleshooting, assembly work, welding techniques, soldering skills, and the use of hand tools and power tools. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform repairs in various positions for extended periods. $25.98 - $31.29 per hour
