No Wake Marine We're looking for a skilled Marine Technician to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of marine engines and systems Perform routine service on outboards, inboards, and sterndrives Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues Conduct inspections and prepare vessels for customer delivery Maintain accurate service records and uphold safety standards Provide excellent customer service and communicate repair needs clearly Preferred Qualifications 1-3 years of hands-on experience in the marine, automotive, or related service industry Inboard, Outboard or Jet boat certifications strongly preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license Boating experience is helpful but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for training and manufacturer certifications Supportive team environment Potential for career growth within the company
