We are a high-volume motorcycle dealership in Dallas specializing in sport bikes, including BMW, Ducati, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki, Aprilia, Triumph, and more. We are looking for someone who knows motorcycles, takes pride in their work, and can complete repairs and inspections correctly the first time. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair motorcycles Perform routine maintenance and scheduled services Perform oil changes, brakes, tires, chains, sprockets, batteries, and other general repairs Remove and install wheels and tires Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) Inspect motorcycles for mechanical and safety concerns Diagnose electrical and mechanical problems Perform engine and drivetrain repairs when needed Verify repairs are completed properly before motorcycles are released Keep your work area, tools, and shop clean and organized Clearly communicate any additional repairs or parts needed Follow dealership safety and quality-control procedures What We're Looking For Previous motorcycle technician or powersports experience preferred Strong mechanical knowledge Experience working on sport bikes is a major plus Must have your own basic technician tools Ability to diagnose problems instead of simply replacing parts Attention to detail is extremely important Reliable attendance and punctuality Able to work in a fast-paced shop Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license preferred What We Offer Full-time position Consistent motorcycle work Large variety of motorcycles and brands Fast-paced dealership environment Opportunity to work on high-performance and premium motorcycles Competitive pay based on experience and skill level Opportunity to grow with an established motorcycle dealership Schedule Monday-Saturday availability required Mint Motorcycles is closed on Sundays.
