We're looking for a skilled Marine Technician / Outboard Mechanic to join our Grand Prairie team and help us raise the bar. Repeat. Your work keeps our customers on the water and our shop running at a high level. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems on marine outboards and inboards Rig new and pre-owned units for customer delivery Install OEM and aftermarket parts and accessories Perform safety inspections and recommend services Conduct water/lake testing when necessary Minimize comebacks by delivering clean, accurate work the first time Identify upsell opportunities and generate additional revenue through quality service

Requirements:
