Full-Time Join One of Texas' Fastest Growing Marine Dealerships NXTLVL Marine is looking for an experienced, certified Marine Service Technician to join our team in Lakeway, Texas. We're seeking a motivated technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, has strong diagnostic abilities, and enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment. You'll work on some of the industry's top brands while being backed by a professional team that values quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and perform scheduled maintenance on a wide variety of boats. Service and repair Mercury Marine engines, including troubleshooting electrical, fuel, cooling, and mechanical systems. Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines. Rig new boats and install marine electronics, accessories, and customer upgrades. Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new boats. Maintain accurate repair orders and communicate findings with service advisors. Test boats on the water when necessary to verify repairs. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Marine technician certification preferred. Experience servicing Nautique, Tige, Sea Ray, Harris, and other pontoon boats. Strong experience working on Mercury Marine engines. Ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical, and fuel system issues. Ability to read wiring diagrams and service manuals. Own basic technician tools. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Positive attitude, dependable, and able to work well within a team. Preferred Experience Mercury Marine certification. Previous dealership experience. Experience with marine electronics, ballast systems, surf systems, and boat rigging. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
