Full-Time Join the NXTLVL Marine Team NXTLVL Marine is expanding and is looking for a Certified Marine Technician to join our Dallas team. If you're passionate about the marine industry, take pride in your workmanship, and have strong diagnostic and repair skills, we want to hear from you. Our Dallas location specializes in Tige, ATX, and Trifecta boats, and we're looking for a technician who is committed to delivering exceptional service and keeping our customers on the water. Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, and perform routine maintenance on Tige, ATX, and Trifecta boats.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, fuel, steering, and cooling systems.
- Perform factory warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Rig new boats and install marine accessories and electronics.
- Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new units.
- Maintain accurate repair orders and document all work performed.
- Water test boats when necessary to verify repairs.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure timely, high-quality repairs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Qualifications
- Marine technician certification preferred.
- Previous experience working on inboard and tow boats.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Tige, ATX, or Trifecta boats is highly preferred.
- Ability to read service manuals and wiring diagrams.
- Own basic technician tools.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and strong teamwork skills. What We Offer
