MOTORCYCLE MECHANICS

Silent's Garage is looking for a couple of knowledgeable, dependable motorcycle mechanics to join our growing shop! We're an up-and-coming independent motorcycle shop looking for self-motivated mechanics who know their way around a bike and can work independently. We value quality work, attention to detail, and people who take pride in what they do. What we're looking for: Motorcycle repair and maintenance experience Ability to diagnose and complete jobs independently Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Self-starter mentality Welding/fabrication experience is a plus Ability to work with a variety of makes and models is a plus

Compensation:

Flat-rate pay based on the job/flag hours. Compensation will be discussed based on experience and skill level.

Schedule:

Our shop operates 7 days a week, with technician schedules arranged as needed. Customer intakes are Monday-Friday; Saturday and Sunday are typically closed to customer intakes, but the shop remains available for scheduled work if necessary.

Lunch is typically provided, and snacks and drinks are readily available during work hours. We want our people to be comfortable while they're here.
